REVIVAL OF REAL ESTATE ?

Real estate sentiments here seems to be improving. For last 2-3 months , market was devoid of any enquiries. May be reccession was over hyped by media in case of Ranchi. Unstable governments , rather lack of it; brought the slum here much earlier than elsewhere...

Actual end consumers also went into wait and watch mode,due to hoo halla about the 'R' word.

But they are returning after waiting for the 'correction', which amounted to nothing much anyway.

Builders did'nt have much scope to cut down. Cost of labour, materials esp. cements is sky rocketing

i'm bit late . just like every thing happening in jharkhand. here we have a chief minister who left his party,another who is an independent MLA, one who lost an  election while still on seat.
